There is a hot Israeli policewoman that wants to help him while bursting out of her blouse, Charlton Heston for some reason, some evil Shiners, what's not to like? Well, the bad dialog and writing, the muted cinematography that makes Israel look like an 80s TV set, nonsensical plot... you get the idea...
