The script is wooden and predictable, stuffed with clunky exposition, forced family drama, and zero tension as an alien craft plods toward Washington D.C. while scientists and the military flail ineffectually. The acting matches it: stiff line deliveries, blank stares, and zero chemistry make every scene feel like a table read that somehow made it to the final cut. Even seasoned faces in the cast can’t salvage material this thin, leaving the whole thing feeling like a rushed Asylum mockbuster that never rises above its budget constraints. I kept waiting for it to improve—some spark of interest, a halfway-decent set piece, anything—but it never does. Skip it entirely; your time is worth far more than this. But I would just like to say upgrade your budget if you wanna make a movie next time. See more Derek K @RT68808086 Jun 20 This was my second encounter with the company High Fliers Studio, but not knowing the previous night I also watched on the 2024, release "Alien Apocalypse" with almost the same cast, almost the same standard of acting, and just as bad a script. The direct of both Adrian Avila couldn't have attended the editing otherwise he must have seen the quality. I'm not a feature film-maker, so I would probably do just a bad a job, but I'm also certain, I couldn't do much worse. I think these will become cult movies, because they are so bad, and as such I salute the film-making team. It seems a shame to just add half a star, as I encourage all film-makers to see how it should not be done. Learn from the mistakes of the first move, and definitely don't repeat them in the second.
