Claudio C @Claudio666 2d Ambiguous Ending (12,394 – 15 Apr 2026) Dr. Mila and Dr. Javier are top-notch heart surgeons and have been in love for ten years. Javier has drinking problem and when colleagues report his problem to the Director Mason, he removes Javier from the hospital. Meanwhile, Mila discovers that she is pregnant and schedules an abortion with Dr. Sylvie. However, when Javier learns that Mila is pregnant, he asks her to keep the baby. Mila needs to work more, since Javier is not working, and he drinks more than ever since he is idle at home. The situation creates conflict between the two lovers, "À coeur ouvert", a;k;a; "An Open Heart" (2012), is a sad French Argentinian drama by Marion Laine in the style of "The Lost Weekend" (1945). Alcoholism is a sad disease and in this film it is shown the destruction of the lives of a brilliant surgeon and his wife. The ambiguous conclusion if to satisfy optimistic viewers. My vote is seven. Ramirez giving his strongest performance ever, even above CARLOS.
