Jamal (Martin Lawrence), an employee of the Medieval World amusement park, suffers a blow to the head and wakes up in 14th Century England. He encounters knaves, peasants, archers and a giant while showing the people some modern dance moves. Tapping into his good side, Jamal aligns with a peasant woman (Marsha Thomason) and a down and out ex-knight who are bound and determined to overthrow the evil King Leo (Kevin Conway) and his right-hand man Sir Knolte (Tom Wilkinson).

Not being a Martin Lawrence fan, I must confess that Black Knight had me rolling in the aisles. Lawrence went for the comic jugular and succeeded every time. ... Long live the boy from the 'hood who turned into Robin Hood!

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

Surprised to see all the hate and I wonder if the times are so different that people can’t appreciate this film. This movie isn’t timeless, but a reflection of its time and I think that is exactly what makes it good.
