There are some sloppy rules and failed emotional beats, but if you're a genre fan watching Truth or Dare for the clever concept and inventive kill scenes, there's some fun to be had with this Blumhouse release.

Truth or Dare is a supernatural horror/thriller about a group of teen friends who find that the game they played while on break has followed them home and trapped them into playing with fatal stakes. Watch it if you've already seen everything else.

Not as bad as some of the "Scary" movies that aren’t scary at all. The pacing was actually decent. Some back and forth between the characters were annoying. I feel like the ending was set up that way so they can possibly milk more sequels. So very cheesy. At the end of the day, it’s lighthearted jump scares and not much more.

The movie isn't serious at all. When people are cursed they smile like a bad Photoshop it's hilariously bad. I wouldn't recommend, whatever floats your boat. Bad acting and dumb plot go ahead watch it, I dare you.

I didn't want to watch this movie at first because I saw that it has bad rating here, and when I finally decided to, no regrets at all - It just proved that sometimes the consensus isn't correct on here. Definitely give it a go if you like horror movies where a group of friends gets themselves in a predicament! Reminded me a bit of Final Destination movies. Olivia character is such a bad friend and a person lol

At first it seems pretty original and pretty fun in the way it plays with a very specific context. But the more it progresses, the more inconsistent it feels with its own plot. In the meantime nothing about it is scary or even mildly disturbing. At least not more than the protagonist's moral degeneration by the end of the film.
