Critics Consensus

Badass to the max, Enter the Dragon is the ultimate kung-fu movie and a fitting (if untimely) Bruce Lee swan song.

And yet when the fisticuffs eventually arrive — on a James Bond-style island where an evil crime lord is hosting an international kung fu-themed tournament of death — they’re impossibly satisfying.

[Lee's] balletic moves are a joy and the traditional nunchuck showoff display is mesmeric – it’s why we can forgive this film for the slightly lower-octane scenes when he’s not in them.

Enter the Dragon is a simple, brash and straightforward action melodrama, derivative and ripe for parody from Kentucky Fried Movie...even if the writing and storytelling are hackneyed, there’s an underlying excitement that still earns pass marks today...

Bruce Lee is the star and that's why we watch. Bare bones plot. No apologies. All action. All fun.

Great classic that has stood the test of time and confirms that Bruce Lee is still an iconic Martial Arts master

One of the greatest movies of all time! Enter The Dragon is literally perfection. The performances by Bruce Lee, John Saxon, Jim Kelly are all great. The action sequences and the choreographed martial arts scenes are all incredible. Easily, the best martial arts movie alongside with Ip Man and The Raid 2. Overall, I really love this movie, seen it a billion times. But, I give Enter The Dragon an A+ or a 10/10.

Enter the Dragon is , in my opinion, one of the better martial arts movies from Bruce Lee. This movie has a decent plot and better acting than in his earlier efforts. John Saxon and Jim Kelly are good costars and Bruce Lee, once again, masters the art of fight choreography . I particularly enjoyed the ending where Lee faces off with the antagonist in room of mirrors. Great photography, .Provided , what I imagine, complexity on filming in a set full of mirrors.
