Daniel Greene plays a cyborg (80% robot, 20% human) programmed to kill a scientist, but when he fails his mission he hides out in the desert with a small community of people. Some of those people are bullies and jerks who do an awful lot of arm wrestling, which is not something you should do when you challenge someone with Hands of Steel! It's a dumb story, with bad acting (except for George Eastman as one of the local toughs), and a misleading poster (I was thinking this was going to be an Italian Mad Max post-apocalyptic rip-off movie). On the plus side, John Saxon appears in the film as the sole name actor. Also, the film was directed by Sergio Martino ("Torso" "2019: After the Fall of New York"), so it's a director who knows his way around a good violent story, but overall this is a pretty weak film, even for fans of this type of nonsense.
