The entire planet is thrown into mayhem when millions of people disappear without a trace -- all that remains are their clothes and belongings. Unmanned vehicles crash and planes fall from the sky, overwhelming emergency forces and causing massive gridlock, riots and chaos. Airline pilot Ray Steele (Nicolas Cage) struggles to save the lives of the passengers who remain on his flight, while his daughter (Cassi Thomson) races to find her brother and mother, both of whom have disappeared.

The effects are hilarious, the sets are rinky-dink, and the character names are funnier than a full season of 'Big Bang Theory,' and the "narrative arc" of our heroine is laughably predictable.

I enjoyed watching this movie when I was younger, around (14) — but now this is so unwatchable. Acting is terrible, script is just poorly written. I did not expect this kind of acting from Chad Michael Murray or Nicolas cage.

I've never seen a film about the end of the world be this uneventful. The music doesn't fit the scenes and the script is extremely hard to follow. It's probably not even worth your time in a "so bad it's good " way. There are a few moments like that but it mostly moves at a snails pace. The message is very preachy and beats you over the head with it.

Definitely not a 0 like the critic score says I'd say the audience score is more accurate I enjoyed it but it's not a good movie I definitely can't recommend it unless you're really that curious about it it's not the worst thing ever but it wasn't good either

What an absolutely idiotic movie. It starts out as so many airplane movies, only to turn into utter crap. Not only is the script extremely lousy, the directing is bloody awful as well. 2/10 points!
