A can’t-miss event for the subset of viewers fascinated by the screenlife format. For those who aren’t part of that group, Mercy will either be a solid, by-the-numbers program...or a migraine-provoking nightmare.

It has aspirations to be RoboCop but this feels more like autopilot. Pratt is committed and the plotting is sometimes effective, but Rebecca Ferguson’s non-Dredd-ful judge is the only good reason to watch it.

Mercy is a hollow AI thriller that feels assembled, not written. The story collapses into incoherent, overcomplicated nonsense with zero payoff. It’s low-tier streaming filler inexplicably released in theaters—plus a pointless 3D gimmick no one asked for.

A very realistic scenario of where we are headed as a society with the usage of AI in facets of life where they do not belong. The domino effects of what can happen with the levels of impact that they are giving in AI are extreme, and that was well displayed via this film. All of the actors were on point. Loved it!

That this idea of AI judge, jury and execution is a bad idea and the movie proves it...AI is not perfect as human beings are not perfect. Giving a program that much power over our decisions, could bite us in the butt later. There's absolutely no empathy from machines or programs.
