Mario R @StarMar Aug 22 Perfect vehicle for Nicolas Cage. Selma Blair was surprisingly good in the role of a homicidal parent. Had several laugh-out-loud moments. In the dark corners of their mind, every parent who has raised an obnoxious teen can relate to this movie. Nicholas Cage goes "full psycho" - possibly more than in any other movie - and the other performances are excellent, as well. Subtract 1/2 a star because the ending is too abrupt.
