Fifty T @RT01421419 4 days ago An 80s Adventure That Still Delivers I remembered enjoying Armour of God years ago, but I wasn't sure how well an 80s action-adventure would hold up today. Watching it again with my teenage kids answered that pretty quickly - we all had a great time. The first half is enjoyable without being anything special, but once the story finds its rhythm, the film really comes alive. This is where Jackie Chan is at his best, blending inventive action with perfectly timed comedy in a way that still feels fresh. The practical stunts remain the biggest draw, and knowing Chan performed them himself makes every sequence even more impressive. The end credits are a sobering reminder of just how much he risked for his craft, showing the horrific fall that nearly cost him his life. 7.5/10: Four decades on, this is still an entertaining adventure that proves great stunt work never goes out of style. Landon J @Minxsykitty Aug 19, 2026 Like the cross between a chicken wing and Temple of Doom. Funny, solid action movie. Expectations will be met with accuracy. Highlights include the fight scene with the girls, and the balloon scene, kinda epic See more

Leprechaun K @LeprechaunKing Feb 27, 2025 Jackie Chan at his best. Action comedy with great fight sequences, and not to mention JC almost lost his life when a stunt went wrong during filming. See more

BOUNTY H @RT98680267 Aug 20, 2024 I must have watched this film about a dozen times! The action and comedy here are on another level as Jackie goes on a hunt for a rare piece of armor, The Armor of God, and the actions speeds' up. What makes these movies so great is not only the commitment of Jackie but all of his crew from the cameramen to the stuntman all working together as a team, a family to bring the best quality film to the audience around the world. This is an Absolute must-see movie! See more
