Emma C @Emma108 Mar 15 Incredible film ahead of its time. Such profound teachings are portrayed in a simple yet vastly poignant way. Brilliant acting and recommended to all those on the higher path. Essential viewing for teenagers and young adults in preparation a valuable life. A shame that RT ratings are radically skewed to cater for a tiny spiritually immature group of so called 'judges'. That being said, there are a few nuggets of real wisdom to be found hidden amongst the fortune-cookie philosophy spouted by Not-Mr.-Miyagi. The main issue with this film is that both of the leads are insufferable assholes so it’s hard to root for them. It’s more interesting as a true-ish biopic than as an entertaining drama.
