Critics Consensus

Proxima sometimes struggles to communicate its themes, but worthy intentions and a powerful central performance from Eva Green more than compensate.

Simon A @RT91794622 Nov 30 Basic review......ignore all the pretentious analysis....could a film be any less interesting or boring, such as this. Dull See more Stephen D @sjhdearden May 23 Examines the difficult adjustment of a female astronaut to the demands of her young daughter as she prepares for a flight to the ISS. See more Kyle M @RT77296778 03/21/2024 Narratively routine when trying to live up its established potential heart monotonously met, it acts as dedication towards its subject matter with a decently respectful focus elevated by Eve Green's solid performance.
