A Feel-Good Documentary (12,503 – 10 Jun 2026 – Claudio Carvalho) "Who Cares?" is a feel-good documentary by Mara Mourão based on the global social entrepreneurs. The documentary shows cases of local solutions for social and environmental problems, using empathy such as the micro loan for poor people in India; creation of a community bank in a poor community in Brazil; a doctor teaching people basic principles of hygiene to poor communities in Amazon; a man who built toilets for people without one. And several other cases. But the view of criminals, such as a boy that has stolen a cellphone, is adopted in Brazil and does not work, increasing the criminal rates in my country. My vote is seven.
