Initially apprehensive when her boss insists she meet with one of his most important clients, single mom Cherie (Ella Balinska) is relieved and excited when she meets charismatic Ethan (Pilou Asbæk). The influential businessman defies expectations and sweeps Cherie off her feet. But at the end of the night, when the two are alone together, he reveals his true, violent nature. Battered and terrified, she flees for her life, beginning a relentless game of cat-and-mouse with a bloodthirsty assailant hell-bent on her utter destruction. In this edge-of-your-seat dark thriller, Cherie finds herself in the crosshairs of a conspiracy stranger and more evil than she could have ever imagined.

So you wanna tell me that this movie got more stars than the movie MICHAEL????? You can NOT be serious! This movie was so silly and random. This girl couldn't even defend herself from the creep touching her jn the bus to becoming "Female Rambo" at the end???? HAHAHA nah sorry... more of a comedy rhan a serious Horror

Silly, unconnected plot. It gives the impression it comes from a bunch of cinema students with no talent but some daddy’s money to spend. No merit in the story at all, you could ask AI and it would deliver a better one. The acting isn’t brilliant either, specially the guy playing Ethan. No depth, no character, nothing to see here. The whole menstrual blood fixation feels cheap, with zero justification in a forced narrative. It’s unbelievable it took three people to do such an inferior screenwriting. Rather than emphasising the problem it pretends to point, ends up trivialising it. In the end, male predator behaviour is of course, no men responsibility but a "the devil made me do it" repetitive argument.

It has a fantastic first half, with genuine suspense and horror and dread. Mid-way through, you can feel they wrote themselves into a corner and struggled to write themselves out of it.
