After an explosion at the US Embassy in Hong Kong kills two customs agents investigating currency smuggling, Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and James Carter (Chris Tucker) search for the mastermind. [SPOILERS] The story is about the duo finding out who committed an explosion in a building, but that gets ditched midway through the story and becomes a film about drugs and a casino ran by mobsters, looks like something Silvester Stallone or Arnold Schwarzenegger would do.
