See more ils N @RT93445501 Jul 13 I enjoyed this...the film went from a 5.5/10 to a 9/10 once Colin Farrell came on screen...he was so so good as Charles Ambrose. You could tell that Colin 111% supported what Charles was doing and in one sense, his character is exhibiting extreme empathy (not quite John Sugar-style but there is an overlap). It is a thought provoking film, is Charles a serial killer or is he preventing harm and pain? I like how the pacing ramped up once he was on screen and I enjoyed the references to Xtianity...the rest of the film could have been improved, but I really liked the premise.
