This faith-based drama is earnest but has some off-putting behavior and lacks romantic chemistry.

Warm and sudsy from the start, this picturesque faith-based romance focusses on longing glances and inner yearning. With religious dialog wedged into every conversation, the film feels rather preachy. But there's charming chemistry between the characters.

Someone Like You is a cloying and boring drama where some creepy actions from a lovelorn suitor are glossed over in unrealistic ways. It's also a faith-based movie that treats a love triangle like a sappy teen romance novel without adult maturity.

Buoyant but bland, this inspirational romance feels like a Hallmark movie that has inexplicably expanded to fit the big screen.
