See more Declan D @filmbuffkid Sep 6, 2026 “Sully” is possibly one of the most underrated movies there is, what this biography does that no other biography does is keep you on the edge of your seat, the visual effects in this movie is phenomenal and is one of the best visual effects I’ve seen, tom hanks does a phenomenal job of portraying captain sully, and every time that they play the plane heading into the river I’m locked in because it is that good, and I gotta say this film kinda reminded me of titanic not going to lie. I like how they cut back between the present and the crash because it will give the audience anticipation for the trial that the captains had to face. Even though it’s kinda short, it still is a pretty good with the pacing. Overall, it is the most underrated movie in Clint Eastwood’s film category and is one of the most impressive films in terms of CGI. 8.2/10 See more Nicholas T @nicktalbert2025 Jul 15, 2026 sully greatest clint eastwood movie ever drama See more Jaisibi S @RT14436527 Jul 5, 2026 Sully had me hooked not because it was an adrenaline-filled disaster movie, but because it focused on what happened psychologically after the landing. While the world hailed Captain Sully as a hero, he was privately dealing with trauma and questioning whether he had made the right decision. Tom Hanks was excellent, portraying a man who remained calm and composed when it mattered despite everything happening inside him. I especially liked how Sully cared about every passenger, handled the investigation without anger, and shared credit with everyone involved. The bar, hotel, and conversations with his wife added humanity without becoming overly sentimental. A powerful film about professionalism, responsibility, self-doubt, and quiet leadership. See more Igor S @Igor_Sena Jul 5, 2026 It's a decent watch, but i didn't find it particularly amazing. A few tweaks here and there and it could have been genuinely thrilling. It does have a really good message tho: that machines, no matter how powerful and precise, will never have that special human factor. And that when someone is really passionate about their job, and good at doing it, it can make all the difference in the world, when those 1% situations arrive. See more Read all reviews
