Sadly, it ultimately builds to a would-be shocking twist that is not nearly the game-changer it claims to be, leaving viewers with more questions than answers. Go to Full Review

The Astronaut has a lot going for it, but, like the lead character in the opening scenes, it doesn’t quite stick the landing. Go to Full Review

Varley’s grip, her taut observation of nerve-wracking isolation, loosens and the film devolves into a blunt and clichéd consideration of family. The transition is awkward, and more cartoonish than moving, as the performers try to regain their footing. Go to Full Review

Writer-director Jess Varley delivers an engrossing, intriguing "after space" story that's only really weighed down by some low-orbit visual effects. Go to Full Review

L @spacetownjams 11h Ya’ll are freakin haters!! This movie is such a good one!! I thoroughly enjoyed it AND the ending was just as good. If you’re on the fence of watching- just watch it, you won’t regret it!! Not everything needs to be disgustingly gorey , scary , or whatever else these other think it’s lacking. A good balance of suspense , jump scares , and story. Loved this movie!! See more Jennifer P 14h Ug. Why???? Love Kate Mara (such an underrated actress). The movie had such potential until the end. What a disappointing, stupid way to end this otherwise possibly great movie. Boo! See more Carmela F @bettyboop395 16h Даараӡа иҳабжьазгоит. Ашәара бзиақәеи амузыкатә композициа бзиақәеи. See more Betsy N @betnormal 16h I really enjoyed this! I thought the acting was really good and reminded me of the nostalgic '80s sci-fi thrillers I grew up with. Definitely seems like people hating on it just to hate. Shame, movie was really unique. See more Tanner M @TanBearMcG 16h Watched this last night on Hulu. Personally I really liked it. I think a lot of people are comparing it to like, Arrival and stuff, but this wasn't made with a studio I don't think??? Anyway, it's good. See more Read all reviews
