The search for the divine that goes beyond dogmatic answers. During the journey, the individual experiences of philosophers, monks, prophets, mystics, even Jesus himself are highlighted, until we reach those who have come the closest to a true answer: the Cathars. The link is St. Benedict of Nursia, who left his religious community to humbly withdraw into a cave where he sought to detach himself and search for that divine spark, which he later shared with his followers. The film is narrated and visually developed through the metaphor of the wind, Anemos, representing the Divine who is heard but not seen.
