On one level, The End of Oak Street is nothing more -- or less -- than a swift, satisfying exercise in fight-or-flight suspense entertainment. It’s an escapist adventure with enjoyably ropy special effects and a nasty visceral kick.

End of Oak Street was a complete miss for me. Teleporting your neighborhood back 200 million years? Come on. 😂 It was boring, the dialogue was flat, and the whole thing was incredibly cheesy. The movie also has a major identity crisis. Is it a comedy? A thriller? Sci-fi? At one point I’m pretty sure even the movie stopped and asked, “Wait… what are we doing again?” Forgettable
