While some of the violence and gore may satisfy horror fans, the individual stories are not inherently interesting. I won’t remember this film a year from now.

The Night Time World is another installment in a long list of horror films budding with potential, but that lose their bite due to poor writing and lack of tension.

This one has an odd intro, and it still has an eerie feeling to it, though. I probably should have watched the trailer, but where is the fun in that. Lol. Strangeness had begun, no back story yet though 30 minutes in. Our main character seems to be out of sorts and unsure of her surroundings at the moment. I think I've lost minutes of my life waiting for this to become something, Hell, anything. But it has just been the story of a junkie so far ruining the lives of those around him.

The first and last story segments are good, but the middle two have big drops in quality. Overall, it's just a so-so horror anthology. Read my full review on Creepy Catalog.
