Clearly inspired by “The Departed”, but the grand vision didn’t come together. It played like 3 movies stitched together, going from best to worst. By the end I couldn’t wait for it to be over.

The intertwined storylines work quite well. Gosling and Mendelsohn are the best part of the movie in my opinion, unfortunately, they share the screen together at the beginning. The latter half is not as compelling as the first.
