La película es un espectáculo visual impecable y un evento nostálgico sumamente entretenido, pero tropieza al definir sus prioridades narrativas. El salto a la gran pantalla le otorgó a Springfield una escala cinematográfica vistosa, apoyada en una animación pulida, un ritmo ágil y secuencias cómicas que ya forman parte de la cultura popular. Sin embargo, el núcleo de la historia opta por ir a lo seguro. Al volcar casi todo el peso emocional en un conflicto matrimonial predecible y cargado de clichés románticos entre Homero y Marge, la cinta pierde parte de esa sátira ácida que convirtió a la franquicia en un hito de la televisión. A esto se suma una caracterización de Homero que sacrifica sus matices más icónicos para encajar en el drama de pareja. Cumple con creces su función de entretener a audiencias de todas las edades, pero se queda a medio camino de alcanzar la brillantez de los mejores años de la serie. Un aprobado solvente pero reservado.

Uma transição competente para os cinemas, mas que joga pelo seguro. O filme brilha na qualidade técnica da animação e entrega momentos hilariantes que ficaram na cultura pop, como o icónico "porco-aranha" e o Homer preso na cúpula de vidro de Springfield. No entanto, o enredo sobre o desastre ambiental parece apenas um episódio especial de televisão esticado para durar uma hora e meia.

10/10! I love this movie and it had a lot of action to it!!! The plot line is so creative, funny comedy, and the right amount of laughs. It teaches you about sometime you make mistakes and that end up wrong. It also teaches you about pollution is not a good thing. It’s funny as f and it’s highly recommended!!! If you’re a Simpson fan. Can’t wait next year for the new one.

I just finished watching The Simpsons Movie on Disney+ yesterday, and it was an epic movie! 10/10, a must-see for any Simpsons fan. The story was exciting, funny, and had a lot of memorable moments. The part where Bart was about to fall off during the motorcycle scene while throwing the bomb into the air left me shocked and on the edge of my seat. The movie did a great job balancing comedy, action, and emotion. Definitely one of the best animated movies I've seen. Highly recommended!
