It's limited budget is obvious as it was saved for very few scenes but overall I believe the film pays off as it plays more to the senses. It's strong points don't rely on it's sci-fi elements but on it's grounded approach. With a bigger budget it probably could have aligned all those elements together in a successful way as I believe it's director has potential. That doesn't make it a bad movie but, when the camera stays on a scene for way longer than it should and your thinking, come on, pan around, show me something different I lose interest. And this was on most of the movie. I was fast forwarding slowly by the time I got to mid-way and I don't believe I missed anything. This probably is not everyone's cup of tea so to speak but if you don't mind slightly art house kind of movies I would definitely give this one a shot.
