It’s never really explained how the sequence of events starts since everything is a time loop. However, that fact wasn’t too distracting to the story. The main character does some pretty heinous things in trying to put things right with the time loop, but the filmmaker seems to want the audience to be on his side. Also, the main character seems to figure out all the right things to do every time which stretches the suspension of disbelief at times. The time travel is incredibly straight forward. I don't want you to think it's a complex movie when I say it makes no sense. The characters just act with absolutely no sense whatsoever. Even before the head injuries. People just liked it because it's foreign and indie... And maybe the nice nudes. It's ridiculously silly. If you're looking for a smart time travel sci Fi skip this.
