Samantha Simone is comic perfection as Liz Perry, the cash-strapped townhouse owner with a weakness for cupcakes and hot guys in skinny jeans, and Lee Tyler (George Barrow) is positively Darcy-esque as the arrogant real estate developer who tries to win her heart and buy her house. The two pint-size mafia guys (Joseph D'Onofrio and Al Linea) who lend George money to finance his hedgefunder Disneyland development project are completely over the top, and Jonas Barranca (Tommy Leroy) plays bad boy handyman Tommy Leroy with a laugh so comically maniacal that you want to love him despite his wicked ways.
