Five strangers' day begins with an elevator ride in a Philadelphia office tower. But, what happens next is anything but ordinary. …if most of Shyamalan’s films take a long time to get to laughable punchlines, Devil is quite the opposite, rushing headlong through all manner of crazy plot-points and red-herring characters...an ideal streaming time-passer, short and packed with twists

In a world where scary films rely on jump scares to keep you at the edge of your seat, Devil isn't that kind of movie, but don't doubt it for a second, it still delivers a good scary story that will keep you thinking about it for a while. If you are old as a dinosaur and think movies like the exorcist are still scary, this movie isn't for you.

Love it! The sinner is damned but the repentant is saved. The basic even if we do wrong we can be saved. The unrepentant are judged. Always great fodder for a story.
