This is a film that couldn’t be made today, as it’s the woman who’s the villain and the white man who’s the victim. We need more films like this, where history and storytelling take precedence. Michael Douglas brings his usual charisma to the role of the main character. The rest of the cast was great too. The story just needed a few less twists and turns. I think it might have been ahead of it's time for the audiences in 1994 (the thought of a man being a victim of sexual harrassment might have seemed too far-fetched for people in 1994, but from what we now know in 2024 - it's VERY much possible).
