It was just 'meh', I was fooled by the poster; it looked scary. See more 04/01/2022 Basically if M Night Shyamalan's 'Spilt' had a special needs Irish cousin. See more 02/14/2015 "It's like a modern day 'Exorcist'" proclaims the DVD box. No, it's not. More like an Irish version of "Sybil." For some unexplainable reason, I'm reminded of "The Daisy Chain," another portrait of a disturbed little girl in Ireland. Unlike that movie however, "Dorothy Mills" has a strong performance (or should I say, "performances") from the actress playing it's title character. The line between scientific fact and paranormal phenomena does get blurred in an interesting way. Overall, not a bad little movie.
