In the Wild West, a murderous outlaw known as El Indio and his gang are terrorizing and robbing the citizens of the region. With a bounty on El Indio's head, two bounty hunters, Monco and Col. Douglas Mortimer, come to collect the prize. Upon their first meeting, the two men view each other as rivals, but they eventually agree to become partners in their mutual pursuit of the vicious criminal.

Cinema greatness! And to top it off, Leone has to have some of the most interesting and strange looking people populating his film that you'd swear Fellini loaned him a band of extras.

Sergio Leone's second film in the Dollar Triology continues where the first ended, and is perhaps even more ruthlessly violent, but also better prepared cinematographically. Not a rip off, it's based on the bounty hunter myth, full of western clichés, and with Clint Eastwood is up against Lee van Cleef for the first time. They hunt down Gian Maria Volontè, who also was the villain in Leone's first western. With the ingenious music score by Ennio Morricone this is a full fledged introduction to the two real western classics from the Italian director.

For me, the best film of the Dollars Trilogy. It never tires, the casting is PERFECT and it does not need to grab you by the hand and constantly explain you stuff. It just leaves you alone to either understand it at the time or figure it all out later. Music is great, Ennio Morricone and Alessandro Alessandroni collaborate once again and the outcome is astonishing! Acting is phenomenal from both the main and secondary cast. Scenery, dialogue and plot takes you right in the Wild West! 10/10 film.

One of the greatest sequels of all time that surpasses the original. If you ask me, For a Few Dollars More is even better than A Fistful of Dollars, which I also loved. It’s tightly written, has more complex themes it’s dealing with, is bigger in scope and size, all while taking the original concept, and adding to it. The result? A genre-defining classic that still holds up impressively well today. Pretty incredible filmmaking right here. A perfect bridge in one of the all-time great movie trilogies.
