In this gripping tale of survival, a horrific outbreak known as the ITCH! spreads like wildfire, turning its victims into frenzied, self-destructive shells of their former selves. Once the outbreak happens, the whole movie becomes an exercise in trust. The obvious answer is you cannot trust anyone, but the journey getting there is a gore filled one. The excellent ending will catch viewers off-guard.

The tightening psychological tension itself is enough to keep us locked in. But Kang never forsakes the horror elements, using a cool variety of practical effects in creating some effectively bloody scares.

The scenes of violent confrontation are relatively few, but mroe powerful for it... Kang wants us to see not just the physical effects of this, but the psychological effect on those doing harm.

You know, I liked the movie I did, but what made me upset is my own situation compared to the protagonist, I’m a widowed father, I have a 7 year old, her mom passed when my daughter was 1 and a half, yet this guy is having panic attacks, and saying he can’t raise a kid by himself alone, triggered is what this movie felt to me because while it was personal, my kid is my whole reason for existing, and if she stopped talking due to trauma I’d have her in every psychiatrist available to heal her and help moving on.

A gory body film that showed promise but does lose its edge with pacing and plot issues. If you are looking for a film that will gross you out though give this one a chance. As I have to say after watching this one I’m starting to Itch myself Lol.
