Olivia S @RT17242760 3d My husband and I loved the trailer, so we were looking forward to this. We turned it off 20 min in after not even cracking a smile. My husband said "it feels like he's just airing his own family/self problems, like therapy". I agree, it feels like this would be hilarious if you were IN his family, but because we aren't, it's not. He also told too many jokes that have been said online for a decade now, like how Boomers recommend printing out your resume and offering a handshake to get a job. It's like he assumes none of us have also been on the internet and that we'd hear this from him for the first time. It really wasn't good at all. I think Jared is great on his podcasts, but not really a comedian in the traditional sense. See more B A @Lemons321 5d I was really looking forward to this special, but unfortunately it fell flat. The subject matter was just... boring.. ? It felt disconnected and lacked perspective. Jared was very shouty (more so than usual) which became quite exhausting. Essentially, it's a bunch of stories about how funny his family are - but because we haven't met them - we don't share the same feelings.. It felt more like a "had to be there" kinda thing..
