For the patrons and staff at a dusty roadside diner, the day begins as usual, but when the phones go out and a sweet old lady goes on the attack, it's a harbinger of the terror to come. We've seen it already and is called The Terminator. But this time with angels with no plot whatsoever and the possessed demons look alike doesn't look scary and of course there's two fast and the furious cast in it.

I get it. This isn’t 90% rotten tomatoes material or even popcorn meter but it’s actually a pretty good movie! Some unique themes, a bit religious but actually religion ala Constantine. Good demon killing action. That I can handle. It’s a good ride!

The concept was good, but the film itself remains very mediocre; there is a major lull right in the middle that drags things out and kills whatever tension the opening managed to build. So much more could have been done with this premise. Ultimately, what is supposed to be the wrath of God raining down on humanity turns into a rather uninspired, emotionless vampire movie. That said, the film has achieved a certain cult status thanks to a few scenes that frequently circulate online, but aside from those moments, it feels hollow. Even the blaring trumpets, meant to herald something colossal, end up feeling like a damp squib. A real shame.

This movie doesn’t get enough credit at all. Sure some scenes can be cheesy but overall this movie portrays a perfect balance of thrill, horror, and drama. Legion didn’t hold back on character deaths, or discriminate on age which adds an extra element of complexity
