If “Onslaught” had something insightful knocking around in its brain, I might have felt differently. But promising viewers violence and then getting distracted by style over any substance while pretending to make a serious point feels icky.

The finished product is an ultra-violent, sensationalistic, genre-warping delight that unapologetically immerses itself in the scuzzy grindhouse style. And I was hooked every step of the way.

This was a great popcorn movie. The actor did an amazing job displaying PTSD while highlighting the aftermath of war, that most veterans go through when returning from war. Her ability to show her daughter her god like skill set while protecting the loves the most.i love the 80's nostalgia of action...guns, and bravery,, which just of pinch of satire.
