Ex-maid of honor Eloise - having been relieved of her duties after being unceremoniously dumped by the best man via text - decides to hold her head high and attend her oldest friend's wedding anyway. She finds herself seated at the random table in the back of the ballroom with a disparate group of strangers, most of whom should have known to just send regrets. As everyone's secrets are revealed, Eloise learns a thing or two from the denizens of Table 19.

It doesn't surprise me to see that this movie has such a low rating. I see how might be seen as a boring, time-passing comedy that you would watch on a 10 hour long bus ride because it is the default movie on the screen there. Even though i absolutely HATE rewatching movies, I find myself coming back for 'Table 19' in moments in which I feel down, worthless. It brings me comfort, as they all seem like losers at first (and honestly through the majority of the movie). They try to stay strong, to fit in, but keep finding disappointment in their way. In the end, in the last minutes of the film, you get to find out that things DO work out. Maybe not in the picture-perfect way we expect them to, but good enough to go through the day. And sometimes, when everything feels wrong, a 'good enough' becomes just the perfect solution. You don't need to always shine, sometimes you just need to be fine, and this movie reminds you that that's ok. In conclusion, this is a pretty good bad movie.

Tedious is hte only way to describe this movi. I never go past the first 20 minutes. The characters wer so 1-dimensional cardboard cutouts aht it was too painfull to continue watching. The script writer and director have major problems to have made this movie like this!

This movie felt 2 hours long. It was cute but rather boring. I was easily distracted and it did not capture my attention until the end. Very well directed and produced. Did not have a B movie feel but it was. The well know actors couldn't help it get beyond 3 stars.
