I find it very interesting that Travolta is doing this series, (decent paycheck). This is the third time he's portrayed the title thief Mason, and they teased another one at the end. Lotsa unintended hilarity including JT wearing a Seinfeld Pirate Shirt.

An often anemic crime thriller that's low on thrills, suspense and intrigue. Travolta gives a bland performance that's not even remotely as lively as his performances Broken Arrow, Face/Off or even Swordfish.

The Gentleman Thief is a cheesy, cringy, corny disaster pretending to be a movie. Every "cool" moment melts into embarrassment. Every line is pure cringe. Every cliché hits you like a brick made of corn. Travolta looks trapped, the script is a joke, and the whole thing plays like a knockoff heist film made by people who think sunglasses = personality. It’s not stylish-it’s secondhand embarrassment on loop.

for all those trashing this movie you're all just dumb haters. this is a good heist movie with twists and turns. you also get old lady demornay who still has a little left in the tank and her daughter, ryan o'neals daughter. the bad guys get taken and the good guys get the cash. you can watch this.
