Pleasant enough but sometimes jarring with the seriousness of what is at stake. Go to Full Review

[The Swedish Connection is] a must-watch for everyone (...) Stay with this story, marinate in its themes, draw a parallel between what you’ve seen on the screen and real life, and then rebel in whatever little way you can. Go to Full Review

Michele C. H @MicheleCH 6h What a beautiful and important movie. It's based on a true story that many don't know. The hero is an unassuming man. It's an emotional ride that's well acted and well told. Everyone should see this film. See more Seda M @SidaXaris 9h It’s amazing to see World War II from another country’s perspective and even more so to see how someone who seems ordinary or uninteresting can become a hero, while others who have more power and could have done more didn’t, either because they were afraid or chose the easier path. It’s a true story, which gives the film extra depth, and the actors are absolutely amazing. It’s a deep story told in a light way, which makes it easy enough to watch while still understanding the concept. It’s definitely worth watching. See more Chris F 1d Sorry but lost interest early on during the film. Little atmosphere and acting left a lot to be desired. See more Debra G. @debgard 1d Awaking to see how other countries fought in WWII. I enjoyed it. See more Pongo K 1d A true story on how many jews were saved from the nazis during WW2. C it! See more Andrew B @Andrewgb 2d I enjoyed it. Light style but still conveyed the sinister nature of Nazi Germany and the dilemma faced by the Swedish govt. One small criticism: the fate of the Bondi boys was a central part of the film but it didn’t tell us what ultimately happened to them. It just left us hanging. See more Read all reviews
