Lewis Carroll's beloved fantasy tale is brought to life in this Disney animated classic. When Alice (Kathryn Beaumont), a restless young British girl, falls down a rabbit hole, she enters a magical world. There she encounters an odd assortment of characters, including the grinning Cheshire Cat (Sterling Holloway) and the goofy Mad Hatter (Ed Wynn). If you wander down a rabbit hole into the land of make-believe and nibble on cookies not meant for humans, it [makes] little difference how the episodes are linked. The important characters are there, and they are amusing.

When one... [imagines] just what must be done, and how many pictures made, to get the effects of Alice in Wonderland, it leaves him breathless. But even this is forgotten as the picture unwinds with a realism that is almost uncanny.

A visually imaginative movie that takes you into a stranger and fascinating world filled with quirky characters and unexpected adventures. The story is creative and fun, though it can feel a bit chaotic at times. What makes it memorable is its message about believing in yourself and embracing who you are. A whimsical fantasy that's enjoyable for both kids and adults.

I love Alice in Wonderland. It just reminds me how beautiful it is, but I also read the book. There’s some stuff I wish there was added like griffin and the crying turtle cow thing and stuff but I do enjoy this film. It’s a perfect classic either way.

I cannot remember this, except that I think it didn't make a huge impression on me. I think that there is an issue , local to here, that is... Not dumbing down, necessarily. But. It's a differing of sensibilities and opinions, the American and the European clergyman, or what have you. Whereas Lewis Caroll eg was taking a coded dig at what he considered the dross of Isaac Watts' hymns, Disney or Master of Ceremonies at the Big Top wants spectacle. They are not the same.

This movie is worst the wizard of oz & peter pan the cat is stupid and annoying Alice makes no friends just like Dorothy and no other characters joining the main character which sucks it so empty take for explain Dorothy had Toto with her along her journey in oz and she makes friends as for Wendy in peter pan she had her brothers with her along with peter pan not nana the dog which is fine and the villains are my favorite an evil witch and a pirate chasing our characters in oz and neverland Alice is stupid
