Tired of playing second-fiddle to his obnoxious boss, businessman Dan Trunkman quits and forms his own competing mineral sales firm. He takes a retiring associate and a dim-witted sales applicant with him. After a year and a half of struggle, a promising deal is in sight -- then promptly folds, thanks to Dan's ex-boss. Determined to save the deal, Dan and company fly to Germany, where a series of outrageous obstacles awaits.

Beyond the fact that it's laugh-less, unoriginal, and bland, there's a deeper problem with Unfinished Business. Had it been played as a straight drama, it actually might have been pretty good.

This movie was amazing, Dave Franco was hilarious, gets better every time I watch it, any bad reviews clearly don’t understand the comedy and just want to complain for no reason, would highly recommend for anyone wanting a to enjoy a night in and have a laugh .

This is better than the internship which was already excellent. Same starting point... lowest moment in the life of a dad when work and family crumble... same process out of misery... more humiliation but self esteem builds up through laughter and tears. An extremely clever screenplay very very well written very well directed kudos to the director and vaughn all the other actors are outstanding.

Possibly the worst film I've ever seen. None of the storyline or script made any sense. A comedy about a family man going on a business trip to Europe, apparently written by someone who knows nothing about Europe, business, or comedy. Too crap to even be funny. Avoid at all costs.

You people are miserable like it was a good movie, and not everything has to be deep thought-provoking stories or the funniest jokes you've ever heard. Sometimes it's good to just watch a simple movie shut the brain off for a bit and have a few laughs
